You guys put on a top-notch event!!! The course was excellent - flat, a minimum of turns and the surroundings were spectacular. The major intersections were well controlled by the police and where there were no course marshals at the smaller turns, the transitions were well marked with signs - I ran a fair amount of the course with no one in front of me and I easily navigated it. The timing crew was right on top of things and speedy with their posted results. And your awards ceremony was well and professionally run.
Even the bagels were out of this world...and coffee..wow..coffee! Most races never have coffee - neat touch.
Anyway....great job! I'm looking forward to heading out your way next year for Flying Point '09.

Although for many the Flying Point 10K is about the competitive run, it is also about the fund-raising, to which all participants contribute. Thanks to everyone who has signed up for this event over the course of its three years--including the huge contingent of walkers and pledgers--we have raised more than $40,000 for the Cody Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
Thank you to all who have made each year a greater success than the year before. And we look forward to seeing you in 2009!
